Jirayu (Poom) Charoenyos
Full-stack engineer who ships production systems with AI-native workflows.
CS student at Thammasat University. Primary owner of a production academic-integrity system at Arise. President of Thailand’s largest university blockchain club. 2x ETHGlobal winner.
Chapter 01 — Production Work
Shipping a live academic-integrity system at Arise
Owned it end-to-end — primary owner of an assessment-integrity system built from scratch: risk-scoring algorithms for real-time behaviour detection, full storage/API/handler layers, and a live integrity dashboard streaming raw behaviour metrics.
LTI 1.3, end-to-end — CRUD tool management, content-launch handlers, deep-linking, feature-toggle rollout: third-party learning tools plug straight into the platform.
Exam rankings that educators trust — best-attempt calculation, historical performance views, participant metrics.
Left the codebase better — built the Playwright E2E infrastructure from scratch (auth flows, Page Object Models), then led a refactoring sprint across 30+ test files.
Chapter 02 — Hackathon Wins
Two ETHGlobal wins, two shipped Web3 products
Factify
Winner — Best Use of World ID (4th place)
Decentralized research platform verifying authentic publications with Worldcoin and Sign Protocol. Singapore 2024.
Crowdera
Winner — Best Use of ERC-7220
Anonymous Web3 donation dApp with reputation-based giving, built on Zircuit and Worldcoin. Taipei 2025.
Cross-functional teams across design, smart contracts, frontend — live demos, open-source code, both times.
Chapter 03 — Community Leadership
President, Thammasat University Blockchain Club
Built a conference, not a meetup — TUBC Summit 2025: full-day conference, 40+ speakers from industry, academia, government, VC (SCBX, SCB10X, Uniswap, DTC Group), 50+ sponsorship and media partners.
Connected two worlds — cross-sector network bridging students with blockchain professionals, fintech leaders, Web3 investors, on the club’s 4th anniversary.
Took the club global — represented TUBC at ETHGlobal Singapore 2024 and Taipei 2025, winning at both.
Earlier — founded Thailand’s leading DeFi Facebook community: 100,000+ followers.
Chapter 04 — How I Work
AI-native, with receipts
Tested the whole field, then picked — systematically evaluated 10+ AI dev tools (Claude Code, Trae, Cline, Kilo Code, OpenCode, Copilot, Gemini CLI, v0.dev, Lovable, Antigravity) and frontier models from OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and Chinese labs (GLM, MiniMax, Kimi).
A real methodology, not vibes — lightweight plan-first to CLI agent execution; TDG (Red-Green-Refactor for AI coding) for test-anchored delivery; GSD for context engineering on long autonomous tasks.
Current daily driver — Qwen 3.5 Plus (Alibaba coding plan): the most impressive coding model I’ve used, chosen after hands-on comparison, not hype.
